I was in for a recall on my fuel pump and the servicec was completed promptly, which minimized my wait time. I did my wait in their comfortable lounge and enjoyed a hot drink and a lite snack.

Immediately welcomed to shop & introduced to service advisor. All repairs were clearly explained. The whole repair took less time than expected. I chose to wait at the shop. I was led to the large, well appointed waiting area & shown where the coffee & snacks (nice variety) were. My service advisor found me when the repairs were completed.

Honestly, Cesar is the best cars salesperson I have ever worked with and I told him so. My partner, Joan, agreed, too. I have never bought a Hyundai. I recently bought a Chevy Tahoe and the experience with the salesperson was not good. Cesar was honest and direct and he knew the answers. We felt like he was genuinely excited to help us find the right car. I expect that my next vehicle will be a Hyundai if we can buy it from Cesar. I wouldn't want to work with anyone else.
