Nate is a fantastic and, most importantly, honest salesman. He was so easy to work with and even told me about an issue with the car I was buying a couple hours before I was scheduled to purchase it. He arranged and alternate vehicle for me in case they weren’t able to fix the issue. However, they were and everything went without a hitch. Nate is definitely not the stereotypical “car salesman.” I’d recommend him to any friends and family.

I was told I had to drop my car off, the night before and it would be the first vehicle worked on since it would take about 4 hours to replace the part. I had a great experience working with Nate on the purchase of a Tesla. He was very knowledgeable about the Tesla even though it's not a model they sell very often. Genesis Andrew Lynch is great, Jeff Holmquist in sales is lazy, Offered no discounts on a Genesis GV80 apart from a manufacturer's rebate. Sales tried to disclose it as a discount. Visit was on 7/25/2024.
Wouldn't recommend unable to fix problems. Manager seems non existent and when contacted problems only get worse. Suggests using competent people not here. Manager seems to be just going through motions. Really not involved and not understanding seems like dealership is on a bad autopilot.
Honestly, Cesar is the best cars salesperson I have ever worked with and I told him so. My partner, Joan, agreed, too. I have never bought a Hyundai. I recently bought a Chevy Tahoe and the experience with the salesperson was not good. Cesar was honest and direct and he knew the answers. We felt like he was genuinely excited to help us find the right car. I expect that my next vehicle will be a Hyundai if we can buy it from Cesar. I wouldn't want to work with anyone else.

The Service department at this location is terrible. I’ve had an issue with my key fob for my 2022 Tucson that I purchased at this location for the last 6 months. They refuse to replace it even though is under warranty. Today, I had Jack Edwards (advisor) and Craig (manager) interrupt me while I tried to explain the issue and then shout at me when I disagreed with their failure to resolve the issue. Sadly I NEEDED to work with these jokers as the dealership from which I acquired my ‘22 Genesis no longer exists. As a result all service and future sales issues needed Bloomington Hyundai. Never returned calls, and terrible customer service! Went in for prepaid maintenance and they didn’t even reset the “idiot” lights on dash telling me service was due and windshield washer solvent reservoir was empty. Now I have to stare at it daily. Then the piece d resistance was when I attempted to acquire another Genesis, they tried to lowball me and never asked to see my car. ...
After my Hyundai Tucson was stolen and recovered in Minneapolis, we had it towed to Luther-Bloomington. They were exceptional to work with and worked with my insurance company for reimbursement. I'm sure there were many people who had a hand in getting parts needed and repairing my vehicle in a timely fashion, but all of my correspondence was with Nancy and she is the absolute best!
