I bought a CPO and was paying cash. My salesman, Jack, was responsive, very accommodating, and a genuinely likable person. He even took time to exchange a few texts with me while he was off. The upsell of the service contract at the time of payment was pushed way harder than I expected, which was a bit irritating. Overall, a good experience, with kudos to Jack for being super responsive.

I am a 60 year-old female. I purchased a Tuscon from Luther Bloomington Hyundai on a Thursday in August 2024. Josh Thomes was the salesperson and Luke Burfield was the finance rep. Nate is a fantastic and, most importantly, honest salesman. He was so easy to work with and even told me about an issue with the car I was buying a couple hours before I was scheduled to purchase it. He arranged and alternate vehicle for me in case they weren’t able to fix the issue. However, they were and everything went without a hitch. Nate is definitely not the stereotypical “car salesman.” I’d recommend him to any friends and family.

I was a return customer and was in the process of buying my second vehicle from Josh Thomes on August 19, 2024. I had a great experience working with Nate on the purchase of a Tesla. He was very knowledgeable about the Tesla even though it's not a model they sell very often. Genesis Andrew Lynch is great, Jeff Holmquist in sales is lazy, Offered no discounts on a Genesis GV80 apart from a manufacturer's rebate. Sales tried to disclose it as a discount. Visit was on 7/25/2024.
Wouldn't recommend unable to fix problems. Manager seems non existent and when contacted problems only get worse. Suggests using competent people not here. Manager seems to be just going through motions. Really not involved and not understanding seems like dealership is on a bad autopilot.
Honestly, Cesar is the best cars salesperson I have ever worked with and I told him so. My partner, Joan, agreed, too. I have never bought a Hyundai. I recently bought a Chevy Tahoe and the experience with the salesperson was not good. Cesar was honest and direct and he knew the answers. We felt like he was genuinely excited to help us find the right car. I expect that my next vehicle will be a Hyundai if we can buy it from Cesar. I wouldn't want to work with anyone else.

The Service department at this location is terrible. I’ve had an issue with my key fob for my 2022 Tucson that I purchased at this location for the last 6 months. They refuse to replace it even though is under warranty. Today, I had Jack Edwards (advisor) and Craig (manager) interrupt me while I tried to explain the issue and then shout at me when I disagreed with their failure to resolve the issue. Never returned calls, and terrible customer service! After my Hyundai Tucson was stolen and recovered in Minneapolis, we had it towed to Luther-Bloomington. They were exceptional to work with and worked with my insurance company for reimbursement. I'm sure there were many people who had a hand in getting parts needed and repairing my vehicle in a timely fashion, but all of my correspondence was with Nancy and she is the absolute best!

Went in to test drive a vehicle and figure out what if anything my budget could handle. Tyler Ngeno was extremely knowledgeable and helpful as I had never considered a lease before. We were able to work something that fit my budget. First time in 38 years I've purchased a new car. Rich was very helpful in our car purchase. Sorry it did not go smoothly with the finance department. Did not appreciate the hard sell to add on maintenance options. The agent clearly had little or no experience in titling a car for a revocable trust. The dealership is currently going through a remodel which made things a little inconvenient.
My car keys were stolen In Minneapolis on New Year’s Eve and the dealership was very helpful in getting my car towed and fixed as soon as they could given I lived 2 hours away. They were also great at communicating with me knowing I was 2 hours away.
