Honestly, Cesar is the best cars salesperson I have ever worked with and I told him so. My partner, Joan, agreed, too. I have never bought a Hyundai. I recently bought a Chevy Tahoe and the experience with the salesperson was not good. Cesar was honest and direct and he knew the answers.
